Travel fellowship

If you want to apply for a travel fellowship, please explain why you need the support at the end of the Abstract Submission Form (up to a few hundred words). Please also include your concise CV, and comment on the current funding situation of the lab and yourself.

Travel fellowship is primarily for the people coming from underfunded laboratories and countries. The number of available slots will be limited. Fellowship will be provided in the form of the partial refund of the registration fee with the payment method you used.

Selection priority will be given to the following:
– Early Career Researchers (students and then postdocs)
– Participants who require long-distance travel
– Participants who are the only member of their lab attending Neurofly2026, except for the PI.
– Participants with traditionally (for NeuroFly) underrepresented backgrounds

We will inform the selection results by mid July. If you want to cancel your participation because of the failed fellowship application until 31st July, you can get 100% refund of the paid fee minus 50 € for the transaction cost.

Depending on finances, there might be a second round of travel fellowship selection after the end of the conference.
